Joe Frank Tucker

Services for Joe Frank Tucker of Murfreesboro will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 29 at the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home withy Bro. Joe Sissom officiating. Burial will follow at Midway Cemetery.

Visitation is set for 2 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 28 at Woodbury Funeral Home.

Mr. Tucker died Monday, Dec. 24 at Boulevard Terrace Nursing Center in Murfreesboro. He was a Cannon County native. A member of the Church of Christ, Mr. Tucker was a retired truck driver with Jack Cooper Commercial Carriers.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl H. Tucker Jr. and Sammye Ozella Swanger Tucker; sister, Judy Vanatta; and stepson, Kevin Anderton.

Survivors include his wife, Dee Tucker of Murfreesboro; children, Bonita Tucker of Murfreesboro and Kelly (Lisa) Tucker of Smyrna; brothers, Larry (Gladys) Tucker of McMinnville and Randall (Treva) Tucker of Leesville, S.C., two grandchildren, Heather Tucker and Samantha Tucker; and stepchildren, Deadrea Sanchez of Homestead, Fl., and Keisha Anderton of Murfreesboro.

Friends and relatives will serve as pallbearers.
