Jesse Eugene Morris

Jesse Eugene Morris, age 88, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee passed away on November 11, 2010 at NHC Northside Health Care. He was a native of Patterson, Tennessee but resided in Murfreesboro. He served in the United States Military and worked for the VA Hospital in Murfreesboro and Aladdin’s of Nashville.
 
Jesse was preceded in death by his parents, Alonzo and Etta Rowland Morris; wives, Edith Alberta Morris and Audie Morris and sister, Gladys Harrelson. He is survived by his daughters, Betty Morris Meneses of Naperville, Illinois, Brenda Morris of Murfreesboro, and Linda Morris of Magrath, Alberta, Canada; two grandchildren, David Morris Meneses and Jonathon Morris Meneses and cousin, Wendell Rowland.

Chapel service for Jesse will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 14, 2010 at Jennings and Ayers Chapel with Wayne Lankford officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Woodbury with family serving as pallbearers.
