Jerry Wayne Turner

Jerry Wayne Turner, 63, passed away Friday, January 17, 2014 at St. Thomas Rutherford following a short illness.  He was a native of Dekalb Co., Tn.

He is survived by his Father:  Ernest Turner of McMinnville; Wife: Diane Daniel Turner of Woodbury;Children:  Scotty (Alina) Turner of Woodbury and Andrea (Ryan) Powell of Rockvale; Grandchildren: Gaige Turner of Woodbury, Alexis, Isabella & Keeley Powell of Rockvale, Colton and Carissa Turner of Murfreesboro; Brother:  Danny Turner of Sparta; Special Friends:  Melvin Green, Ricky Womack, Tim Blanton and Juquan all of Woodbury; Special Aunt:  Edith Miller of Woodbury

He was preceded in death by his Mother, Sarah Irene Adcock Turner. Jerry was a member of the Church of Christ and worked at International Paper.

Funeral services will be 1 pm Monday, Jan. 20, 2014 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Norman Pelham officiating.  Interment will follow in the Leoni Cemetery. Pallbearers include Tim Blanton, Melvin Green, Larry Parker, Danny Powell, Darrell Fults; Visitation with the family will be from 2 pm until 9 pm Sunday, Jan. 19, 2014.
