James “Russell” Reed Announces For First District County Commissioner

My name is James “Russell” Reed and I am announcing my candidacy for County Commissioner of the first district in Cannon County.

I am a life-long resident of the first district. I attended Woodbury Central High School. I am married to Mary Sauls Reed and am the proud father of Brittney Reed, a senior at UT Martin. My parents are Mildred Reed and the late Thomas Reed.

I have been in business since 1978, operating Russell’s Market in Readyville. I will do my very best to serve the folks of the first district with honesty and integrity. I will make a concerted effort to meet as many of the voters as possible.
