Alyssa M. Coleman, 674 Sunny Slope Rd., Woodbury, faces three charges after she was served a Violation of Probation warrant on May 24.

Coleman was convicted on March 20, 2012 of Domestic Assault and was placed on probation from April 4, 2012 to July 4, 2013. She allegedly violation probation by being arrested by the Cannon County Sheriff's Department on May 1, by failing to report the new arrest to her probation officer, and by failing to pay all court costs, fines, supervision fees and restitution as directed. She has also failed to complete a Domestic Violence Evaluation as directed.

While in the process of being booked at the Cannon County Jail, deputies found Coleman to be in possession of five Seroquel pills, which were stuffed inside her panties. She was unable to provide a prescription for the drug.

Coleman was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with a Prescription and Introduction of Contraband into a Penal Institution.

Total bond was set at $13,500. Initial court date is June 5.

• Deborah Young Jones, 1909 Cross Creek Dr., Murfreesboro, was charged with DUI, Possession of a Legend Drug without a Prescription, Simple Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on May 24 by Woodbury Patrolman Chris Brown.

Officer Brown stopped Jones' vehicle as it was traveling on Gassaway Rd. During a search baggies with methamphetamine residue and cut straws and razor blades with a white powdery residue were discovered. Half of a marijuana cigarette was also located. Total bond was set at $8,000. Initial court date is July 12.

• George Michael Holder, 2140 Collier Rd., Lewisburg, was charged with Driving While License Suspended 2nd Offense and Simple Possession of Marijuana on May 23 by Cannon County Sheriff's Deputy Seth Perry. Deputy Perry was on patrol when he observed a blue van drive behind East Side School around 11:30 p.m. After the stopping the van, Holder told the deputy he had gotten into an argument with his girlfriend and left. While talking to Holder, Deputy Perry noticed a strong odor consistent with that of marijuana coming from the van. Holder said he was on probation for driving on a suspended license. Holder denied there was marijuana in the van. After placing Holder under arrest, Deputy Perry search the van and found a small bag containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana. Bond was set at $3,000. Initial court date is July 10.

• Holly Rashey Belcher, 101 Sunny Slope Rd., Woodbury, was charged with Driving While License Suspended on May 26 by Woodbury Patrolman John Fesmire. The officer stopped Belcher as she was driving on McMinnville Hwy. He had prior knowledge of her license status from recent encounters. Initial court date is July 24.

• Elliott Anthony Harris, 104 Sunny Slope Rd., Woodbury, was charged with Driving While License Suspended on May 24 by Woodbury Patrolman John House. A release citation was issued. Initial court date is June 19.

• Nancy Michelle Hupp, 110 Bryson Court, Woodbury, was charged with Driving While License Suspended 1st Offense and Violation of the Financial Responsibility Law on May 25 by Woodbury Police Sgt. Lowell Womack following a traffic stop on W. Adams St. Releases citations were issued. Initial court date is June 12.

• Steven M. Mooneyham, 2455 Short Mountain Rd., Woodbury, was charged with Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor on May 28 by Cannon County Sheriff's Deputy Brandon Gullett. Mooneyham allegedly harbored a runaway female and had her in his possession at the time she was located at Iconium Church of Christ. The female has been missing since May 27 at 2 p.m. and was located on May 28 at around 11:30 p.m. Bond was set at $1,500. Initial court date is July 12.

• Jacqueline Franklin-Felton, 1749 Wright Bend Rd., Smithville, was charged with Driving While License Suspended 1st Offense and False Report on May 29 by Cannon County Sheriff's Deputy Travis Turney. During the investigation of a traffic crash on Ivy Bluff Rd., Franklin-Felton stated she was not the driver of a 1997 Mercury Sable. James Felton, same address, stated he was the driver. The investigation determine Franklin-Felton was the driver. Felton was also charged with False Report. His bond was set at $3,500. Franklin-Felton was set at $4,500. Initial court date for both is July 10.

• Ricky White Murphy, 328 Hayes St., Woodbury, was charged with Hindering A Secured Creditor on May 30 by Woodbury Patrolman John House. It is alleged that Murphy, while claiming ownership of an interest in property which was the subject of a security interest, did remove or conceal said property subject to a security interest, to wit: a 1998 white Chevy Z-71 with the intent to hinder enforcement of said security interest held by Cash Express of Woodbury. Bond was set at $2,500. Initial court date is June 19.

• Jason L. Pugh, Cedar Ridge Apt D-4, Woodbury, was charged with Domestic Assault on May 27 by Woodbury Patrolman Chris Brown. Bond was set at $1,500. Initial court date is June 12.

• Ira Jerome Stankoff, 494 W. 9th St., Cookeville, was charged with Driving While License Suspended 1st Offense on May 28 by Cannon County Sheriff's Deputy Brandon Gullett following a traffic stop on Hwy. 70S. A release citation was issued. Initial court date is July 10.

• Johnny Nathanial Mitchell, 8670 Ivy Bluff Rd., Morrison, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on May 27.

Mitchell was convicted of Domestic Assault on Oct. 11, 2011 and placed on probation until Sept. 8, 2012. He has allegedly violated probation by failing to report to his probation officer, failing to submit to a drug screen and failing to pay court costs, fines and restitution fees as directed. Bond was set at $2,500. Initial court date is June 5.

• Pamela Diane Lefever, 3635 Midland Forestville Rd., Bell Buckle, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on May 29. Convicted of Theft on April 5, 2011.

She has not paid all court costs, fines and restitution as directed. She owes over $1,100. Initial court date is July 10.

• Jessica Lynn Marie Hunter, 108 McMillan St., Woodbury, was served two Violation of Probation warrants on May 24.

Hunter was convicted on both March 6 and March 13 of Driving Without A License and was placed on probation and ordered to pay court costs, fines and supervision fees. She still owes over $500. Initial court date is July 31.
