Workers move files and equipment into the new Cannon County Health Department on Alexander Drive on Wednesday. The new $1 million facility will open to patients on a limited basis this Friday, and full operations are expected to start on Tuesday of next week. A grand opening will be held later this month or in early March, a state official said.
