Mr. Harvey, D. McNeese, age 68 of Pulaski, died Thursday October 4, 2012 at his son’s residence.

A memorial service will be held at Second Street Church of Christ in Pulaski on Sunday October 7, 2012.  There will be a visitation from 1:00 – 2:00 with the service beginning at 2:00.  In lieu of flowers a Memorial fund in Dwight’s name has been set up at First National Bank of Pulaski to help with funeral expenses.

With military honors provided by the United States Army, friends and family are invited to gather as Mr. McNeese will be laid to rest at 1:00 PM on Monday, October 8, 2012 at the Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.

A native of Giles County, Mr. McNeese was the son of the late Harvey Holt and Matie Thomas McNeese. He served his country in the United States Army and was a member of the Second St. Church of Christ in Pulaski.  He was a friend of Dr. Bob and helped many people in this area with addiction problems.

He is survived by a son: Robert Holt “Rob” (Sherry) McNeese of Pulaski; a daughter: Erin Alicia Nichols of Woodbury; a sister: Teresa Fehr of Giles County; 5 grandchildren: Camden Holt McNeese, Mary Avery McNeese, Charlee Kate Nichols, Addison Kaye Nichols, and Lindsey Brooke Adams; and a great-grandson: Jayden Isiah Adams.
