Historic Granville, Tn.  will have the 2^nd Annual Granville Genealogy Festival on April 5^th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. which will feature Craftsmen of Yesteryear. 

Ann Fife will be operating a Rocker Loom at the Pioneer Village at Sutton Homestead.  This rare historic loom Was discovered in a barn in Wilson County and given to Historic Granville by Mrs. Paul Vanhook of Lebanon.  The loom has now been restored by Ann Fife and she now makes unique rugs on the loom.  Also featured on April 5^th will be Eller Grist Mill being operated by Jerry McFarland of Lebanon, Sutton Weaving Shop being operated by Barbara Boone of Lebanon and Sutton Blacksmith Shop being operated by Larry Mullins of Mt. Juliet. 

Also featured will be Cooking of Yesteryear, Broom Making and the 19^thAlabama will be setting up a historic 1860 Village.  The Genealogy Festival will feature genealogy booths, information booths, genealogy speakers and storytellers telling stories of yesteryear. This Saturday will also be the 6^th Anniversary Celebration of  Sutton General Store and Sutton Ole Time Music Hour with a full day of activities with great shopping in Granville and bluegrass music beginning at 3:30 p.m.  Sutton Ole Time Music Hour Dinner Show will be having a special night of bluegrass music with dinner at 5:00 and 6:30 p.m.
