PrintMr. Gary W. Barton, 50, of Murfreesboro died April 25, 2012. He was born March 10, 1962 in Nashville, TN. He was preceded in death by a sister, Terri Gail Barton.
He is survived by his parents, Bill Barton and Patsy (Davis) Barton of Murfreesboro; daughter, Chelsea Barton; brother, Darrell & Sandy Barton of Woodbury; sister, Sheile & Rich Mitchell of Smyrna; nieces, Melissa Barton, April DeFore, Rebekah & Jason Luck and Amanda Allen; a nephew, Ryan Mitchell; and a great nephew, Zachary Luck.
Mr. Barton was a former employee of Whirlpool. He loved being outdoors, hunting and fishing.
Visitation will be Friday, April 27, 2012 at Smith Funeral Home from 11-12. Graveside services will follow at Riverside Garden with Jimmy Jernigan officiating. Smith Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. (615)563-5337 www.smithfuneralhomewoodbury.net
