Four Served Violation Of Probation Warrants



Four people were recently served warrants alleging they violated one or more conditions of their probation.

• Rachel A. Regan, 308 Southridge Dr. Apt. B8, was arrested on a charge of Violation Of Probation on Feb. 21. Ragan was convicted of Possession Of Schedule VI Drugs (Marijuana) on Feb. 17, 2009 and was placed on probation. Ragan allegedly violated probation by failing to report to her probation officer and failing to be available for random drug screens. Court date is March 13.

• Ronnie Bedwell, Jr., 748 Sugar Tree Knob, Liberty, TN, was served a Violation Of Probation warrant on Feb. 22. Bedwell was convicted of Driving Under The Influence (2nd), Driving On A Revoked License and Evading Arrest on Sept. 23, 2008 and placed on probation from Sept. 6, 2011 until May 20, 2012. It is allegedly he has violated probation by failing to report to his probation officer, failing to be available for random drug screening and failing to pay court costs, fines and probation fees. Bond was fixed at $10,000. Court date is March 20.

• Summer F. Williams, 302 S. Irwin St., Manchester, was served a Violation Of Probation warrant on Feb. 22. Williams was convicted on Sept. 8, 2009 of Vandalism. Following her second revocation on Jan. 18, 2011 she was ordered to serve 50 days in jail and her probation was extended for 9 months, 9 days. It is alleged she has violated probation again by failing to report to her probation officer as directed and failing to pay court costs, fines, supervision fees and restitution as directed. Court date is April 17.

• Devin Carter, 251 Boots and Spurs Lane, McMinnville, was arrested on a charge of Violation Of Probation on Feb. 21. Carter was convicted of Possession Of Schedule II Drugs on Jan. 25, 2011 and was placed on probation from June 29, 2011 to May 27, 2012. It is alleged that Carter has violated the terms of his probation by failing to pays costs and fines, failing to report to his probation officer, failing to abstain from illegal drugs and failing to provided verification of attending NA meetings. Bond was fixed at $10,000.
