Four people, three from the same family, are facing charges of aggravated burglary following a Sept. 19 incident on McFerrin Street.

Scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 12 are Angela Rose Hodge, Elizabeth Nell Hodge and Charlie Ray Roberts, Jr., all of 108 E. High Street, Woodbury, and Jason Lee Hodge, 446 Mullican St., McMinnville.

According to the report of Woodbury Police Department Sergeant Kevin Mooneyham, the quartet went to the residence of 511-B McFerrin St. on Sept. 19 and entered the residence without the consent of the owner, with the intent of committing a felony theft or an assault.

The four reportedly went to the residence after Elizabeth Hodge allegedly had money stolen from her apartment.

When the homeowner opened the door, the three Hodges and Roberts entered  the residence without being invited and an altercation took place.

All four were released on $3,500 bond.

In a separate incident, Jason Lee Hodge was charged with driving without a license on Sept. 15 by WPD Patrolman John Fesmire following a traffic stop on McMinnville Highway.
