Five Meth Cases Bound Over To Grand Jury

Judge Susan Melton presided over Cannon County General Sessions Court on Tuesday. Some of the results from the various cases which appeared on the docket included:

Jerry Dean Barrett was bound over to the September, 2011 term of the Cannon County Grand Jury. He is charged with initiation of the process to manufacture methamphetamine, manufacture of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling to keep, use or sell methamphetamine, possession of schedule II drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and aggravated domestic assault.

He is charged with initiation of the process to manufacture methamphetamine, manufacture of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling to keep, use or sell methamphetamine, possession of schedule II drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Timothy Ryan Lawson was bound over to the September, 2011 term of the Cannon County Grand Jury. He is charged with initiation of the process to manufacture methamphetamine, manufacture of methamphetamine, and maintaining a dwelling to keep, use or sell methamphetamine.

John B. Carter was bound over to the September, 2011 term of the Cannon County Grand Jury. He is charged with driving on a suspended license 5th offense, carrying a weapon, possession of schedule II drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule IV drugs and promotion of methamphetamine manufacture.

Audria Estes was bound over to the September, 2011 term of the Cannon County Grand Jury. She is charged with driving on a suspended license 5th offense, carrying a weapon, possession of schedule II drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule IV drugs and promotion of methamphetamine manufacture.

Kenneth F. Anderson, Jr. pled guilty to driving while license revoked.  He was sentenced to 6 months in the county jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation, serving 48 hours in jail, paying a $50.00 fine and paying the court costs. His license was also revoked for 1 year.

Walter Larry Bess pled guilty to the charge of domestic assault. He was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days in the county jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation, serving 50 days in jail, attending anger management classes and paying the court costs. In another case, Bess pled guilty to the charge of driving while license revoked. That sentence was partially suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation, serving 4 days in jail, paying a $50.00 fine and paying the court costs. His license was also revoked for 1 year.

Wayne Chapdelaine pled guilty to violation of probation. His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve 6 months in jail.

Gregory A. Clark pled guilty to violation of probation. His probation was extended and he was ordered to serve 60 days in jail.

Matthew Griffith pled guilty to violation of probation. His probation was extended and he was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

Amanda Kisamore pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. Her probation was extended and she was ordered to serve 15 days in jail.

Mark A. Pless pled guilty to the charge of violation of probation. His probation was extended and he was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

Jacqueline Barrett was reset for June 7, 2011. She is charged with violation of probation.

Jackie Bogle was reset for August 30, 2011. He is charged with violation of probation.

William H. Drake was reset for June 21, 2011. He is charged with violation of probation.

Joseph M. Duke was reset for July 12, 2011. He is charged with harassment and criminal trespass.

Regina Farless was reset for July 12, 2011. She is charged with violation of probation.

Bobby Graves was reset for June 21, 2011. He is charged with violation of probation.

Charles N. May was reset for June 21, 2011. He is charged with violation of probation.

Charles S. Patterson was reset for June 14, 2011. He is charged with aggravated burglary.

Mickie Patterson was reset for June 14, 2011. She is charged with aggravated burglary.

Misty Pickett was reset for June 21, 2011. She is charged with possession of schedule VI drugs.

Jeremy Pitts was reset for June 14, 2011. He is charged with aggravated burglary.

Regina Smith was reset for June 14, 2011. She is charged with simple possession of schedule drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Don A. Stephens was reset for July 19, 2011. He is charged with violation of probation.

Billy A. Tidwell was reset for June 14, 2011. He is charged with aggravated burglary.
