Five Charged With Violating Probation



• Brandy Resha Campbell, 335 Hayes St., Woodbury, was served a Violation Of Probation warrant on April 8. Campbell was convicted of Domestic Assault, Simple Assault and Phone Harassment on Oct. 11, 2011 and was placed on probation until Jan. 12, 2013. Campbell has allegedly violated the conditions of her probation by being arrested by the Smyrna Police Dept. on March 6 for Theft and Criminal Impersonation and by failing to pay all costs, fines, supervision fees and restitution as directed. She has an outstanding balance owed of $2492.50. Initial court date on the VOP charged is April 24.

• Cory Scott McNeese,1695 Iconium Rd., Woodbury, was served a Violation Of Probation warrant on April 6. McNeese was convicted of Driving On/With A Suspended License on Sept. 20, 2011 and was placed on probation until March 19, 2012. He has allegedly failed to pay court costs, fines and probation fees as directed by the court. His initial court appearance is May 22.

• Ryan Dillon, 213 East High St., Woodbury, was served a Violation Of Probation warrant on March 27. Dillon was convicted of Aggravated Burglary on July 9, 2010 in Cannon County Circuit Court and was placed on state probation for three years. He allegedly violated the conditions of probation by being arrested for DUI, Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and Implied Consent. Bond was set at $100,000.

• Andrew Michael Seymour, 606 Manustown Rd., Woodbury, was served a Violation Of Probation warrant on April 2. Seymour was convicted of DUI on March 1, 2011 and was placed on probation until Feb. 28, 2012. Seymour has allegedly violated probation by failing to pay court costs, fines and probation fees as directed by the court. Initial court date is April 24.

• Jeremy Lee Johnson, 209 Hayes St., Woodbury, was served a Violation Of Probation warrant on March 24. Johnson was convicted of Driving On/With Suspended License 2nd Offense on Aug. 30, 2011 and was placed on probation until Aug. 27, 2012. Johnson has allegedly violation probation by failing to abstain from illegal drug use by testing positive for amphetamines on Feb. 29 and by failing to pay court costs, fines and probation fees as directed by the court. Bond was set at $2,500. Initial court date is April 24.
