Stolen Firearm

Jordan Fann reported the theft of a Smith and Wesson .40-caliber pistol. The handgun has a black frame with stainless steel slide.

Vandalism

A driver's side window on a Cannon County government tractor was shattered on Gassaway's Main Street.

Eric Fisk reported his mailbox was damaged by vandals while he was on a fire call. There are no known suspects at this time.


Trash Bags

Deputies responded to a disturbance on Parchcorn Hollow Road between two neighbors over trash. One neighbor dumped two sacks of trash on the other neighbor's driveway. Photos were later taken and an envelope linking the trash to a resident of Robert Haston Road in Murfreesboro was discovered.

Drug Arrest

Joshua Lee Underwood was charged with possession of synthetic marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman John House. A hearing is set for October 11 in General Sessions Court.

DUI

Jason Shane Waller was charged with DUI and driving on a revoked license by Patrolman Jimmy Hayes. A hearing was set for November 8 in General Sessions Court.

Driving on a Revoked

Richard R. Brandt was charged with driving on a revoked license by Patrolman Josh Thomas. A hearing was set for November 8 in General Sessions Court.

Criminal Trespassing

Charles Edward Moody Jr. was charged with criminal trespassing on the property of Southridge Apartments by Chief Lowell Womack.
