Ferrell Facing Two Theft Charges

Corey W. Ferrell, 1257 Simpson Rd., Bradyville, was served a warrant for Theft Under $500 on March 11.

The victim alleges that while he and a family member were inside the Tobacco Outlet on W. Main St. in Woodbury, Ferrell, who was in the back seat of his vehicle, took $200 cash out of his wallet.

Bond was set at $4,000. Initial court date is April 17.

Ferrell was also arrested on March 12 by Cannon County Sheriff’s Deputy Brandon Gullett. He was charged with Theft Under $500 for allegedly stealing a Smith & Wesson .38 caliber pistol from a local residence and stealing it to gain profit.

Bond was set at $7,000. Court date was set for April 17.
