Evelyn Bragg Todd, 88, died Thursday, December 31, 2009 at DeKalb County Hospital following a short illness.

A resident of The Webb House in Smithville, she was a native of Cannon County.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Walker Todd and Zettie Marie Bragg Todd.

She is survived by several cousins including Richard, June and Kaitlin Jennings of Smithville.

She was a member of the Church of Christ and graduated from David Lipscomb. She worked as a payroll clerk for the State of Tennessee.

Funeral services are at 3 p.m. Saturday, January 2 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Herb Alsup officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service.
