Eva Louise Hollis Pemberton Clarke

Services for Eva Louise Hollis Pemberton Clarke, 79, will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2014, at the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Herb Alsup officiating. Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Mrs. Clarke died Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014 at St. Thomas - Rutherford Hospital.

She is survived by her son, Jackie C. Pemberton of Murfreesboro, daughter, Karen (Randy) Melton of Woodbury, daughter-in-law, Danna Pemberton of Woodbury; five grandchildredn, Deana Pemberton, Crystal (Chris) Mason, Britanny Maddox, Emily and Matthew Pemberton. Also surviving are six great-grandhildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded with death by her parents, Arthur S. and Nona Aldena Lance Hollis; her husband, Major James E. Clark; son, Mike Pemberton; grandson, Justin Pemberton. Eva was also preceded in death by her brothers, Frank, Mack, Bill and A.J. Hollis.

Mrs. Clarke was a native of Cannon County and a retired inspector with G.E. and a member of the JMP Memorial Arena. She was a loving ans supportive mother and grandmother.
