Essie May Anglin Harris

Essie May Anglin Harris, age 87, of Bradyville passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital. She was a native of Williamson Co.

Survivors include her husband of 70 years, Luther Othel Harris of Bradyville; Daughters, Peggy (Lonnie) Stephens of LaFayette and Paula (David) Parker of Bradyville; Grandchildren, Krista (Lynn) Trail of Bradyville, Brian (Liz) Parker of Murfreesboro, Trenton Stephens of Colorado, & Angela (Don) Moore of Bradyville; Great Grandchildren, Kaitlynn & Kathryn Trail, D.J. & Abigail Moore, and Lyla & Liam Parker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alex & Judy Tidwell Anglin; Brother, Bernice Anglin; and Sister, Annie Pewitt.

Ms. Harris was a member of the Bending Chesnutt Baptist Church in Franklin and she was a homemaker.

Funeral services will be at 1 PM Saturday, February 4, 2017 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Freeman. Interment will follow at Ivy Bluff Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 4 to 8 PM Friday, February 3, 2017 at the funeral home.
