Ace Jerome Barrett agreed to the violation of his probation. He was ordered to serve his original sentence.

Lisa Helen Berry pled guilty to DUI 3rd offense. She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 120 days, 7 months 29 days probation, losing her license for 6 years, paying an $1100.00 fine and the costs.

Natasha Renee Burrus agreed to the violation of her probation. She was ordered to serve her original sentence of 11 months 29 days.

Ian Black Frazee pled guilty under judicial diversion to reckless driving. He was placed on probation for 6 months and ordered to pay the costs. In another case Frazee pled guilty under judicial diversion to two counts of evading arrest. In each count he was placed on probation for 11 months 29 days and ordered to pay the costs.

Angel Sullen Goforth pled guilty to driving without a license. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $2.00 fine and the costs.

Tabitha Lynn Mayfield pled guilty to DUI. She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 22 days in jail, equal time on probation, losing her license for 1 year, paying a $350.00 fine and the costs.

John Paul Nelson agreed to the violation of his probation. He was ordered to serve his original sentence.

Jammie Parker pled guilty to public intoxication. Parker was sentenced to 30 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $25.00 fine and the costs.

Jerry Thomas Reed pled guilty to simple possession. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $750.00 fine and the costs. In another case Reed pled guilty to reckless endangerment. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation and paying the costs.

Ila Kay Smith pled guilty to public intoxication. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $25.00 fine and the costs.

Jessica Ring agreed to the violation of her probation. She was ordered to serve 45 days and her probation was extended 10 months 14 days.

Jamie Lynn Barrett's charges of manufacturing methamphetamine and maintaining a dwelling were bound over to the September term of the Grand Jury.

Michael Ryan Barrett's charges of domestic assault, manufacturing methamphetamine and maintaining a dwelling were bound over to the September term of the Grand Jury.

Brandy Resha Campbell's charges of initiation of the process to manufacture methamphetamine and introduction of contraband into a penal institution were bound over to the September term of the Grand Jury.

Thor Colman's charges of theft over $500.00 and aggravated robbery were bound over to the September term of the Grand Jury.

Donny Jonathon Leath's charges of manufacturing marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and maintaining a dwelling were bound over to the September term of the Grand Jury.

Misty Dawn Leath's charges of manufacturing marijuana, maintaining a dwelling and drug paraphernalia were bound over to the September term of the Grand Jury.

Cannon County Sheriff’s Department

Sheriff's deputies investigated a burglary on Willard Lane. A 2004 Yamaha Rhino, valued at $10,000, a Sthil pole saw and s Sthil chain saw were reported stolen.

Austin Ray Cook, 18, was charged with driving uninsured, improper passing and a registration violation following an accident on Jim Cummings Highway. A hearing is set for July 9 in General Sessions Court.

Joseph R. Romines, 35, was charged with driving uninsured following a collision on Cove Hill Road. Jerry Gunter, 23, was charged with a driver's license violation in the same accident. A hearing for both men is set for July 9 in General Sessions Court.

Shelly Hayes and Alan Hayes were charged with a violation of bond conditions following a domestic disturbance.
