A Bradyville man faces a mix of charges following a recent arrest on W. Main St. in Woodbury.

Woodbury Patrolman John Fesmire stopped a black Chevy Silverado being driven by Timothy Ryan Mix, 24 Hopewell Rd., Bradyville on March 26.

A large can of beer was open in the cab of the truck. Mix admitted to drinking earlier in the day, according to the warrant. He failed to satisfactorily perform field sobriety tests.

Mix was also found to be on possession of marijuana. He had it hidden in his groin, wrapped in a dollar bill. Mix admitted it was there upon being confronted after officers located a marijuana pipe. The pipe fell out of Mix's pants while he was performing the field sobriety tests.

Charges of DUI, simple possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of the implied consent law netted Mix a total bond of $550. Initial court date is May 17.
