Burglary
Mandy D. Jernigan, 36, was charged with burglary/breaking and entering following an incident on Fowler Road.

Weapons Violation
Braxton Kain Bennett, 19, of Smithville, was charged with unlawful carry/possession of a weapon, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident on Payton Lane.

Making the arrest was Deputy Andrew Colwell who was dispatched to a residence along with Deputy Wix in reference to a male subject who said he would not leave the residence until law enforcement arrived. The suspect was wielding a firearm.

Bennett was ordered to the front a patrol vehicle and was patted down by Deputy Wix. A 9mm Hi Point pistol was recovered from his jacket pocket along with two grinders containing a leafy green substance believed to be marijuana.

Drug Charges
Deputies were dispatched to a home on Jim Cummings Highway after receiving a 911 hang-up call. Cindy Sherrell was charged with simple possession of a Schedule II drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date was set for June 6 in General Sessions Court.

Warrants
Mercedes Mia Lulow, custodial interference. A hearing is set for May 3 in General Sessions Court.

John Walling, capias.

Randell Rains, violation of probation.

Crystal Insel, violation of probation.

Robert Nelson, violation of probation.

Steven D. Davis, driving on a revoked license, leaving the scene of an accident.

Larry Grizzle, violation of community corrections.

Drug Charges
Terri Kinsell Ortkiese was charged with possession of a Schedule IV drug for resale, Schedule II drug for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman John House. A hearing is set for May 10 in General Sessions Court.

Robert Elvis Vickers Jr. was charged with possession of a Schedule IV drug for resale, Schedule II drug for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman John House. A hearing is set for May 10 in General Sessions Court.

Earl H. Dixon was charged with possession of a Schedule IV drug for resale, Schedule II drug for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman John House. A hearing is set for May 10 in General Sessions Court.

Public Intoxication
Sean Seeley was charged with public intoxication and vandalism by Patrolman Chris Bell. A hearing is set for May 24 in General Sessions Court.

DUI
Ricky Blaylock was charged with DUI by Patrolman Chris Bell. A hearing is set for May 24 in General Sessions Court.

Suspended License
Audrey Amaro was charged with driving on a suspended license by Patrolman John House. A hearing is set for May 10 in General Sessions Court.
