Donna Faye Thomas

Donna Faye Thomas, 55, of Woodbury, died Thursday, July 8, 2010 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville following an extended illness.

She was retired from Rich's and was a member of the Church of God.

She is survived by her life partner of 27 years, Steve Perkerson of Woodbury; three sons, Jeremy (Chrissy) Thomas, Jeffrey Thomas and James (Donna) Thomas, all of Murfreesboro; two grandchildren, Kaitlyn Thomas of Beech Grove and Emma Thomas of Woodbury; and siblings Bill (Carolyn) Fuqua of Rock Island, Margaret (Gene) Sparkman, John Fuqua and Brenda (Dennis) Waggoner, all of McMinnville; Betty (Jim) Hunley of Murfreesboro and Steve (Donna) Fuqua of Woodbury.

Visitation is from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday at Woodbury Funeral Home.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Brother Jack Bailey officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
