Did you take the time to help out students in the Entrepreneurship Class at Cannon County High School and the Cannon County Chamber of Commerce by filling out their Cannon County Shopping Survey?

The Shopping Survey, a joint project of the Cannon Courier, Cannon County Chamber of Commerce, and the high school Entrepreneurship Class, is taking place for the next two weeks.

The survey is an effort to gather input from community members that will help guide the Chamber and local businesses on how to understand and meet consumer needs. The results will provide a glimpse into shopping habits, economic perspectives, and advertising effectiveness.

30 responses came in within the first 24 hours of posting. The students have a minimum goal of a 1% community response rate  - 138 completed surveys. They hope many more will provide feedback. A high response rate will provide more data with which to better guide business planning.

Upon completion of the response period, students will analyze and then summarize the results in a article in the print edition of the Courier as well as at CannonCourier.com.
