Deputies Serve VOP, Worthless Checks Warrants



Cannon County Sheriff’s deputies recently served arrest warrants on the following individuals:

• Thomas Wade Reed, 7553 Hollow Springs Rd., Bradyville, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on Jan. 8. Reed was convicted of Domestic Assault on July 12, 2011 and was placed on probation from that date until May 20, 2012. He has allegedly violated his probation by being arrested for Theft over $1,000 and Criminal Trespass on Nov. 16, 2011, failing to report to his probation officer as directed, failing to be available for random drug screening, and failing to pay court costs, fines and probation fees. Bond was set at $2,500. Initial court date is Feb. 7.

• Nicole Gilley, 112 Vantercase Dr., Brush Creek, TN, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on Jan. 6. Gilley was convicted of Possession of Schedule VI Drugs (marijuana) on June 9, 2009. On May 24, 2011, following her second revocation, she was ordered to serve 47 days and her probation was extended 9 months, 7 days until Feb. 28, 2012. It is alleged Gilley has again violated probation by failing to report to her probation officer, failing to submit to random drug screens and failing to pay court costs, fines, supervision fees and restitution in the amount of $2,580.50. Bond was set at $20,000. Initial court date is Jan. 31.

• Jeffrey Davis, 176 Bullpen Rd., Woodbury, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on Jan. 6. Davis was convicted of Driving Without A License on Nov. 8, 2011 and was placed on probation from that date until Dec. 7, 2011. It is alleged he has violated his probation by failing to pay court costs, fines and probation fees at directed by the court, in the amount of $206. Initial court date is Jan. 31.

• Rachel A. Ragan, 308 Southridge Dr. Apt. B8, Woodbury, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on Jan. 6. Ragan was convicted of Possession of a Schedule VI Drug (marijuana) on Feb. 17, 2009. Following her third revocation on April 26, 2011, Ragan agreed to serve 25 days and her probation was extended 7 months, 24 days until Jan. 1, 2012. Ragan has allegedly violated the terms of probation a fourth time by failing to pay court costs and supervision fees in the total amount of $3,011. Initial court date is Jan. 31.

• Benjamine David Wilder, 101 Forrest Grove Dr., Harriman, TN was served a Violation of Probation warrant on Jan. 7. Wilder was convicted on Aug. 10, 2010 of Driving Under the Influence (2nd), Possession of Schedule VI Drugs and Driving on a Revoked License. Following his second revocation on June, 21, 2011, Wilder was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and his probation was extended 15 months, 12 days, to end Oct. 2, 2012. Wilder has allegedly failed to report to his probation officer, failed to submit to random drug screens, failed to provided proof of completing alcohol treatment and failed to pay court costs and probation fees, in the total amount of $4, 145.50. Bond was fixed at $10,000. Initial court date is Jan. 31.

• Gabriel Huaracha Garcia was served a Violation of Probation warrant on Jan. 4 in the Booking Room of the Cannon County Jail. Garcia was convicted of Driving on/with a Suspended License on Aug. 10, 2010 and was placed on probation for a term beginning Aug. 30, 2011 and ending Feb. 28, 2012. Garcia allegedly violated the conditions of his probation by failing to maintain good and lawful conduct. He was arrested on Oct. 6, 2011 by the Tennessee Highway Patrol for Driving Under the Influence, Second Offense; Driving on Revoked, First Offense, and Violation of Implied Consent. He also has failed to pay all required court costs, fines and probation fees as directed. Bond was fixed at $2,500. Initial court date is Jan. 31.

• Tracy Todd was served a warrant for Passing a Worthless Check at 164 Heather Heights, Bradyville on Jan. 5. She was transported to the Cannon County Jail and released to Booking for processing.

• Renu Dass was served a warrant for Passing a Worthless Check in the Booking Room of the Cannon County Jail on Jan. 5.
