Defendants Appointed Counsel In Circuit Court

Chancellor Robert E. Corlew, III presided over Cannon County Circuit Court on Thursday. Some of the results from the various cases which appeared on the docket included:
 
Amanda Hollis was appointed a new attorney and reset for June 20, 2011. She is charged with violation of probation.
 
Antonette Frattallone was appointed an attorney and reset for June 20, 2011. She is charged with violation of probation.
 
John Smith's petition for unsupervised probation was granted. His probation will become unsupervised effective June 2, 2011 with all conditions of probation remaining in effect.
