The Cannon Arts Dance Studio recital this year is in the form of a USO show paying tribute to the WWII era. Letters from the "the greatest generation" will serve as a framework featuring hit parade numbers like Tuxedo Junction and Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy.

Over 50 dancers ranging in age from 3 to adult will perform in a variety of dance genres including ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop and clogging. In addition to the general public, all veterans are invited to this patriotic salute which will be held at the Arts Center of Cannon County January 25 at a reduced rate.

Tickets are on sale online at artscenterofcc.com or at the door the day of the recital. For more information, call Cannon Arts Dance Studio at 615-563-9122. January 25 show times are 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. We will be honoring veterans at the end of each show. For more information, please call Cannon Arts Dance Studio at 615 563-9122 or like Cannon Arts Dance Studio on Facebook (do not call Arts Center).
