Dale Carnegie CEO to speak

MURFREESBORO - What do great leaders do to inspire, motivate, and lead change? How do they bring out their employee's best efforts? Joe Hart, President and CEO of Dale Carnegie Training, will provide insight on becoming a R.E.A.L. Leader to RUTHERFORD Cable members and guests during the organization's upcoming breakfast meeting.

"Dale Carnegie's research has identified four traits of R.E.A.L. leaders: Reliable, Empathetic, Aspirational, and Learner," he explained. Hart will serve as the keynote speaker for RUTHERFORD Cable's monthly breakfast meeting from 7:15-9 a.m. on Tuesday, April 11, at Stones River Country Club, located at 1830 N.W. Broad St. in Murfreesboro.

During his presentation, Hart will reveal the key leadership behaviors that both motivate and discourage work performance and help us embrace these attributes. "Join us to discover the importance of being true to yourself, caring about those you work with, making connections on a higher level, and continuing to learn every day as you work to be a REAL Leader," Hart said.

RUTHERFORD Cable members and guests are welcome, and the public is invited to attend; the cost for this meeting is $20 for members and $25 for non-members and includes breakfast. Reservations are available online at rutherfordcable.org and must be completed by Noon on Friday, March 13. A limited number of seats will be available for walk-ups on a first-come, first-served basis with an additional $5 late-registration charge.

Hart is the President and CEO of Dale Carnegie Training, an organization whose founder pioneered the human performance movement over 100 years ago and has continued to succeed and grow worldwide, through constant research and innovation building on its founding principles. Hart holds a Bachelor's degree in political science from University of Michigan and a law degree from Wayne State University Law School.
