Clebren Gene Melton

Clebren Gene Melton, 91, Monday, August 31, 2015 at Alvin C. York Medical Center. He was a native of Cannon Co.

He is survived by his daughters: Shirley (Larry) Vandekerkhove of The Villages, FL., Carolyn Hallop of Clinton Township, MI., Phyllis Weeks of Mendacino, CA.; 6 grandchildren: Bryan Ingram, Brent Ingram, Todd Dennis, Shawn Stovall, Dionne Pipper and Ryan Weeks; 12 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild also survives.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William & Mary Ford Melton.

A veteran of WWII serving in the Air Force, he was stationed in Japan and India. Mr. Melton was a mechanic and repaired watches.

Graveside services will be 4 pm Tuesday, September 01, 2015 with Military Honors at Blues Hill Cemetery, Warren Co.
