PrintClark Darrell Elkins, age 75, died Monday February 16, 2015 at Alive Hospice at Skyline Medical Center following an extended illness. He was a native of Cannon Co.
He is survived by his children, Jody Blair of White House, Linda Newgarden of Hartsville, and Steve McGregor of Portland; Mother, Pauline Williams Elkins of Readyville; Siblings, Pat Straton of Readyville, Don Elkins of Missouri, & Vicky Knox of Murfreesboro. Also surviving are 8 Grandchildren & 7 Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clark Elkins; and Son, Clark Darrell Elkins II.
Mr. Elkins was a member of the Church of Christ and was a self-employed painter. He was a member of the Beagle Club of Franklin and was a veteran, serving in the Air Force.
Graveside service will be 1 PM Thursday, February 19, 2015 at Thyatira Cemetery with Bro. Charlie Gunter officiating.
