PrintChristine Young Burnett, age 74, of Woodbury, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital. She was a native of Cannon County.
Survivors include her children, Sandy Margarito, Tony (Donna) Reed, Eric (Sandi) Reed, Tim Burnett, and Trent (Carolyn) Burnett all of Woodbury, and Sabrina (Rick) Turner of Centertown; Grandchildren, Brian Mullen, Chris Reed, Laura Cain, Gina Farless, Dewayne Burnett, Tyler Reed, Jared Turner, Dustin Reed, & Cody Burnett.; Sister, Faye Brown of Woodbury; Niece, Phyllis Young Carter; and great niece, Rachel Carter.
Also surviving are 10 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank & Myrtle Brown Young; and her Husband, Ralph "Cotton" Burnett.
She was a member of the Church of Christ and was retired from Genesco.
Funeral services will be 2 PM Saturday, May 30, 2015 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Norman Pelham & Bro. Greg Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside Gardens. Visitation with the family will be from 12 Noon until 9 PM Friday, May 29, 2015 at the funeral home.
