Christine Melton Neal

Ms. Christine Melton Neal, of Brownstown, MI died January 08, 2011.  She was 83.  A native of Cannon Co., she was the daughter of the late, Edd & Hannah Ferrell Melton and she was married to the late Nelson Neal.  In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Fibbie Lee Piper and Goldie Irene Crips and her brother, Norman Brown Melton.
 
She is survived by her children, Brenda (Tom) Krantz of Triune, Joan (Bob) Belanger of Canada, Betty (Mike) Perry of Monroe, MI and Charles Neal of South Lyons, MI.; her sister, Daisy Ferrell of Nashville and Brother, Billy Joe Melton of Woodbury and 7 grandchildren, Rachel, Rochelle (Jim), Rob (Becky), Tara (Sasho), Nicole (John), Felicia (Bob) and Ross.  Also surviving are 14 great grandchildren.
 
Ms. Neal worked all her life in a variety of jobs, was a wonderful homemaker and a loving mother.
