PrintCharity Dawn Simons, age 30, passed away Friday, November 14, 2014 at River Park Hospital E/R. She was a native of Warren County.
She is survived by her father, Johnny Ray Simons of Woodbury; Children, Sawyer Ray Owens & Chloe Elaine Owens of Woodbury; Siblings, Shana George, Michael Burk, & Katie Amann-Densmore, all of Indiana, Johnny Blaine Simons, Dextyn Ray Simons, Karrelanne Farrah Simons & Qwentin Kaleb McMackins, all of Woodbury. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, aunts, & uncles.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Phyllis Hammond Simons. She was a member of Bethel Hill Baptist Church and the manager at Short Mountain Distillery.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Monday, November 17, 2014 at the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Gunter-Grizzle Cemetery with Bro. John Padgett officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 4 to 8 PM Sunday, November 16, 2014 at Woodbury Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Woodbury Funeral Home to help the family with funeral expenses.
