Trailer, SUV stolen

Sheriff's Deputies investigated the theft of a camo Kubota SUV and a black trailer with load ramps from a farm on Hurricane Creek Road.

The missing items were valued at $13,000.

Officers said when the owner arrived his farm he discovered that the lock on his gated entrance had been cut off. Back at the storage building, he found his tractor out of it stall and the Kubota and the trailer missing.

The Kubota was secured with a heavy commercial cable that was fastened to the concrete foundation of a frame storage building. The cable had been cut off with a cutting torch.

The property owner believed the tractor had been used to pull the SUV from its stall and to load it on the missing trailer.

Burglaries

Jeffery Bean reported a break-in at his home and the theft of a Winchester model 9422 rifle.

James Lee Gilley reported the theft of a pressure washer and 10 bags of feed mix.

A number of items were taken during a break-in on Hollis Creek Road. The rear window was forced open as well as the back door.

Warrants Issued

Dylan Andrew Pister, violation of probation.

Brian Alan Stafford, violation of probation, capias.

Anita Climer-Harden, theft under $1,000 and theft over $1,000.

Kim Shockley, resisting stop, frisk and halt warrant.

Woodbury Police


Courtney R. Dixon was charged with driving on a suspended license by Patrolman Joshua Thomas. A hearing is set for December 13 in General Sessions Court.

Ivan Johnson was charged with speeding (60 mph in a 30 mph zone) and with driving on a suspended license by Patrolman Chris Bell. A hearing is set for December 13 in General Sessions Court.
