Calvin William Wade was born in Cannon Co., on July 28, 1912 and passed away on June 08, 2010 at the age of 97.

Visitation with the family will be after 3 pm Thursday, all day Friday till close and Saturday until time of service.

Funeral service will be 2 pm Saturday in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Lemuel Underhill officiating. Interment will follow in the Gunter-Grizzle Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife of 75 years, Emma Neal Wade of Murfreesboro; son, J.D. (Patricia) Wade of Woodbury; 4 grandchildren, Michael (Sandra) Wade, Tony Wade, Julie (Anthony) Paros, Kim (Mike) Alcantara; 5 great grandchildren, Joey (Jackie) Wade, Nick Paros, Jake & Isabella Alcantara & Tammy Hawkins; 1 great great grandchildren, Cloey Wade; Brother, Alvin Wade of Woodbury & Siter, Maggie Wimberly of Woodbury.

Mr. Wade was preceded in death by his son, Calvin Eugene Wade, his grandchild, Phyllis Wade and his parents, Robert Lee Wade & Mattie Brazzell Wade.

He was member of the Church of Christ and was retired from General Motors.
