Come where you can try out a kayak or canoe on calm water with helpful advice for beginners.

This year's "Boat Day" is being held in Readyville right across the road from the Mill on the East Fork of the Stones River. The Stones River Watershed Association has sponsored this event the past several years so that people can have fun on the water using our boats, paddles and life jackets. The weather and water should be warm.

So come join us across from Readyville Mill Saturday, June 13 from 9 a.m. until noon and experience how much fun it is to be floating on the river with family and friends.
