Judge Susan Melton presided over Cannon County General Sessions Courton Tuesday, June 20. The results of some of the cases on the docket are as follows:

• Joseph Blair pled guilty to Domestic Assault (revised from Child Abuse). He received a partially suspended sentence of 11 months, 29 days, was ordered to serve 14 days in the county jail, placed on probation for 11 months, 15 days, pay court costs, and receive a Domestic Violence Inventory Assessment. Blair also pled guilty to Violation of Order of Protection. He received a suspended sentence of 11 months, 29 days, equal time on probation and was assessed court costs. He was also ordered to have no contact with the victim and to stay away from the premises where the incident occurred. The sentences will run consecutively.

• Angela Scott pled guilty to DUI 2^nd Offense. She received a partially suspended sentence of 11 months, 29 days, equal time on probation, and was ordered to serve 45 days in the county jail. She was also fined $600, assessed court costs, and her driver’s license was revoked for two years. A charge of Driving While License Suspended was dismissed.

• Zane Vincent Tabor pled guilty to DUI. He was given a partially suspended sentence of 11 months, 29 days, was ordered to serve 21 days in jail, and was placed on probation for 11 months, 8 days. He was also fined $350, assessed court costs, and his driver’s license was suspended for one year. A Driving While License Suspended 5^th Offense charge was dismissed.

• Jeffery A. Johnson was given a partially suspended sentence of 11 months, 29 for Reckless Endangerment and placed on probation for an equal amount of time. He was ordered to serve 5 days in jail, pay a $525 fine and assessed court costs. Johnson also received a partially suspended sentence of 11 months, 29 days for Possession of Schedule III Drugs. He was ordered to serve 5 days, placed on probation for an equal amount of time, fined $750 and assessed court costs.

• Thomas Avent Muncy pled guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was given a suspended sentence of 11 months, 29 days, equal probation time, fined $150 and assessed court costs. Charges of DUI and Seatbelt Law were dismissed.

• Abdul K. Alataby pled guilty to Reckless Endangerment. Sentencing was set for Aug. 28. He will serve 5 days at the Swaim Center before then. Charges of DUI, Driving While License Revoked and Implied Consent Law were reset for Aug. 28.

• Israel Guardado Baez pled guilty to Driving Without A License. He was fined $2 and assessed court costs.

• Steven J. Ballard failed to appear on a Violation of Probation charge and a Capias was issued for his arrest.

• Michael Noah Barrett pled guilty to Driving Without A License. He was fined $2 and assessed court costs. He also agreed to revocation on a VOP charge and his probation was extended for 6 months.

• Lynika Luchaina Bennett failed to appear on a Driving Without A License charge and a Show Cause was issued.

• Erica M. Escareno pled guilty to Driving Without A License. She was fined $2 and assessed court costs. A Financial Responsibility charge was dismissed.

• Gary Eubanks had charges of Aggravated Burglary and Theft Under $1,000 bound over to the September Term of the grand jury. His attorney announced Eubanks would enter an information plea in Circuit Court on June 28.

• Christopher Wayne Gilley had a Violation of Probation charge dismissed after all costs were paid.

• Jeffery Darnell Hedgepath, Jr. pled guilty to Driving Without A License. He was fined $2 and assessed court costs.

• Lisa Hickman agreed to revocation on charges of Violation of Probation. She was ordered to serve her original sentence of 11 months, 29 days.

• Christopher Allen Hoover had his motions to waive court costs, fines and fees denied by Judge Melton.

• Kathy Leigh Johnson pled guilty to Driving Without A License. She was fined $2 and assessed court costs.

• Anthony Darrell Lefevers had charges of Initiating the Process to Manufacture Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Litter Law dismissed. He is facing grand jury indictments in relation to the case in Circuit Court

• Charles (Bubba) Markum, Jr. pled guilty to Hunting Untagged Turkey. He was fined $50, assessed court costs and his hunting license was suspended for 6 months.

• Barry Wade Markum pled guilty to Possession Of Untagged Turkey. He was fined $50 and ordered to pay the Litigation Tax. He also pled guilty to Hunting from Motorized Craft and was fined $50 and assessed court costs.

• Janet Lynn Marren entered a No Contest Plea to Theft of Merchandise Under $500. She was given a 6 month suspended sentence, equal time on probation, fined $50, assessed court costs and ordered to stay away from the premises of where the incident occurred.

• Stephen Wayne Matthews agreed to revocation for Violation of Probation. He was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and his probation was extended for 10 months, 29 days.

• Roland Anthony Milligan admitted to guilt on a Theft of Services charge. He entered into an agreed order of retirement for 11 months, 29 days, was ordered to pay $400 in restitution and court costs.

• Veronica Jean Mooneyham agreed to revocation for Violation of Probation. Her probation was extended for 11 months, 29 days and she was ordered to pay court costs, fines and fees as determined by the probation service. An Assault charge was dismissed.

• Jenny Morris Rose had dismissed by the state charges of Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident and Financial Responsibility.

• Paul Frank Rumsey agreed to revocation for violating probation. He was ordered to serve 17 months, 29 days in the county jail.

• Jacob William Steele agreed to revocation for violation probation. He was ordered to serve 13 days in the county jail and his probation was extended 5 months, 17 days.

• Wiley Daniel Thomas agreed to revocation for violating probation. He was ordered to serve 45 days in jail and his probation was extended for 9 months, 15 days.

• Jason William Thomason failed to appear on a Violation of Probation charge and a Capias was issued for his arrest.

• Joshua Lee Underwood agreed to revocation for violating probation. His probation was extended for 11 months, 15 days.

• David McPeak agreed to revocation for violating probation. He was ordered to serve 6 months in the county jail and his probation was extended for 11 months, 26 days.

• Monica L. Barrett agreed to revocation for violating probation. She was ordered to serve 30 days in the county jail and her probation was extended for 10 months, 29 days.

• Nathan L. Davis agreed to revocation for violating probation. He was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and his probation was extended for 10 months, 29 days.

• Michael Adcock, charged with Violation of Probation, was cited for Contempt of Court after addressing the court in an inappropriate manner. He was ordered to serve 2 days in jail. He was appointed the public defender and his case was reset for July 24.
