Billy J. Davis

Billy J. Davis, 78, died Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at Vanderbilt Hospital following a short illness. He was a native of Cannon Co.

He is survived by his Son and Daughter-in-law: Terry & Marci Davis of Murfreesboro; Grandchildren: Kerrigan & Avery Davis of Murfreesboro; Sister-in-law: Barbara Davis of Woodbury; Nieces: Jennifer Rigsby of Rock Island & Emily Gaither of Woodbury and Good Friend: Susie Scott of Woodbury.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar W. Davis & Maude Williams Davis; and his brother, Larry Davis.

Funeral Services will be 12 noon Sat., Nov. 29, 2014 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Rigsby officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 4-8 PM Fri., Nov. 28 & 10-12 PM Sat., Nov. 29, 2014. Interment will follow in the Amity Cemetery.
