Betty Mae Adams

Betty Mae Adams, age 77 of Murfreesboro died Saturday July 7, 2012. She was a native of Rutherford County and was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Lee Adams, and parents, James Troy and Hattie Brumley Bain; brother, James Bane. Mrs Adams was a member of Green Hill Baptist Church and a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her daughter; Darlene Neal and husband Jerry of Short Mountain; son, Johnny Bane and wife Laura of Lebanon; grandchild; Jennifer Neal of Columbia; sisters; Claddie Ray Graves of Murfreesboro, Jennie Louise Martin of Murfeesboro,Mary Rean Brown of Murfreesboro; brothers; Buddy Bane of Murfreesboro and Tommy Bane of Shelbyville.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Woodfin Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Adams Cemetery. Visitation will be 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at Woodfin Funeral Chapel 615-893-5151 www.woodfinchapel.com.
