Beatrice Mathis St. John, 93, passed away Saturday, May 07, 2016 at Woodbury Health Care. She was a native of Cannon Co.

She is survived by her children, Hazel Scott (George Farless), Ann Mooneyham, Faye (Ronnie) Foster, Linda Reed and Terry (Racine) St. John all of Woodbury

12 Grandchildren, Ricky Scott, Angie Harrell, Tim Mooneyham, Chris Mooneyham, Jamie Mooneyham, Jeffery Foster, Lynn Willis, Michael Reed, Jennifer Reed, Allison St. John, Ty St. John, Kathy Brown

18 Great Grandchildren, Wesley, Kayla, & C. J. Scott, B. J. Harrell, Emily, Matthew, Callie & Jake Mooneyham, Haley Rains, Gage Foster, Lane & Kelly Willis, Rachel, Ryan, Sydney & Shelby Reed, Marcus & Cameron Reed.

9 Great Great Grandchildren, Addison, Claire, Jillian, Brooklyn, & Bradon Scott, Lily & Wesley Manor, Jonathan Pewett, Breden Beau Barrett.

Also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.

Mrs. St. John was a member of the Elkins Church of Christ and worked at Clover Bottom Hospital and Colonial Corp. for many years and retired from J Mar shirt factory.

She enjoyed quilting, canning, cooking, Sunday dinners and watching her children and grandchildren playing ball. She loved playing rook, bingo, horseshoes, checkers and yard sales. She loved family gatherings, where she would pay the guitar and sing with the others.

Mrs. St. John was preceded in death by her parents, Clayton & Maude Youngblood Mathis; her husband of 49 years, Lonnie Paul St. John; son, Joe Don St. John; daughter-in-law, Peggy Davis St. John; son-in-law, Dale Reed; granddaughter, Melissa Scott; brother, Fred Mathis; sisters, Hassie Todd, Mattie Lee Hollandsworth and Ebbie Manus.

She was a loving wife, mother, grand, great and great great grandmother, daughter, sister & aunt.

Funeral Services: Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home When: 4 pm Tues.., May 10, 2016

Minister: Bro. Greg Mitchell Interment: Centerhill Cemetery

Visitation: after 11:00 AM Monday

Pallbearers: Michael Reed, Chris, Jamie & Tim Mooneyham, Jeff Foster & Ty St. John

Honorary: Ricky & Wesley Scott, Jake Mooneyham, Johathan Pewett, Terry & Lane Willis, Gage Foster & Ryan Reed.
