The main fundraiser is over and the results are as follows:

Total amount raised to date is more than $8,000. Junior Queen and King are Caitlyn Crook and Hagen Fann with the Senior Queen and King being Isabella Russo and Lochlan Prince. The princess from Kindergarten is McCarlee Eubanks. Keely Brandon is princess and her prince is Malachi Odom representing 1st grade. Second grade princess is Olivia Robbins, 3rd grade is Kiley Hughes and 4th grade princess is Anna Leach with her prince being Karsten Odom. Fifth grade princess is LuLu Maier, 6th grade princess is Rachel Hale with her prince being Colin Crawley. Seventh grade princess is Hattie Fann and representing 8th grade as princess is Elaina Russo.

Participating in the coronation are Lily Hughes, Nevaeh White, Makayla Taylor Leighanne Dodd, Jada Bobo, Katlyn White, Lauryn Crawley, Adrianna Reed, Katie Hancock, Mary Beth Patterson, Alana Whited, Mackenzie Turney, and Ashley Ritter. Jesse Tucker Vaughn, Allen Leach, Holly Prater and Hunter Sandlin are on hand to crown this year's winners.

Dropping flowers for the Queens and Kings are Lily Crook and Emma Claire Crook. Getting to privilege ofannouncingtheeventare Kirsten Garrison and Alyssa Whited.

Top school seller was Caitlyn Crook with Kirsten Garrison coming in second.

Harvest Festival and Coronation takes place Friday, Sept. 21 6:00 p.m. Be at the Roger Turney Gym early for a good seat and some good food cooked up at the Concession Stand. There are always outstanding silent auction items available with good natured bidding going down to the wire. So plan to attend this time of fun time to raise money for the school.

Auburn Knights' cheerleading tryouts have been going on for a couple of weeks and making up thisyear'ssquadareKaylee Rusnock, Alyssa Avera, Rachel Hale, Alana Whited, Tyger Kennedy, Isabella Russo, Corinne Fann, Mackenzie Turney, Callie Francis and Destiny Melton. Go Knights!

One little tidbit that isn't school related: Friday night, it was off to Baxter to enjoy a catfish meal at Twin Lakes Catfish Farm for

Robbie Owen, Betty and Terry Thomas and P-pa and me.

Several birthdays are being celebrated the 19th. They are John Francis, Shawni Heery, Caroline Gunter, Lori Reed and Jeran Blake Hughes. Henry Tombs celebrates the 20th, Ernestine Tate has her 93rd on the 21st while granddaughter, Sherry Young has her 51st. Jada Bob celebrates her 7th the same day. On the 22nd, Ann Parker adds another year. Twins Caleb and Kelsey Davenport turn 20 on the 23rd. Krista Nicole Bryson turns 5 on the 26th. Happy birthday to all of you.

Fifty-three years ago on the 19th Sara Dockery became the bride of Jody Tuck. On the 20th but many, many years later, their daughter, Diane became the bride of Doug Matheny. Twenty-three years ago on the 25th, Becky Leach became Mrs. Ronnie Gandy. Happy anniversary to all 3 couples. May you be blessed with many more anniversaries.
