Another Christmas has passed us by but by Facebook and my own family, this Christmas has been a great one. Lots of families gathered around the tree and the table for good fun, food and fellowship with some larger and some smaller. Some traditions carried on and some changed. It was a beautiful day so some took to buggy riding, others played basketball on their new outdoor goals, others tried out their new tech "toys", etc. My prayer is that each one did not forget the true meaning of why we celebrate Christmas.

Happy New Year to all of you and happy birthday to Stacy Baines, Doug Gaither, James Paul Davenport and Kathy Hays who open up 2015 with a birthday. Joey Reed celebrates the 3rd. On the 5th it's Ann Whitaker Thompson and Erica Melton Garrett's day. This finishes up the week.

Happy anniversary to Brian and Terri Jackson who became Mr. and Mrs. on the first day of 2005.
