Saturday, November 15th, be sure to be in Woodbury. If you like to run, be there at 8:00 a.m. for the 5K Beard Run. At noon, it's the fall colors car show around the square followed by a chili supper and auction at the Community Center from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. This event is being called "Day for Dan Fundraiser". Dan Kennedy was injured in his work, underwent emergency surgery at Vanderbilt and has been out of work since that time. He is to be out at least another 6 months. This is to help with his living expenses. Be sure to come out and support this family.

Be sure to come between the hours of 4:00-7:00 p.m. for a take out or sit down meal "killing two birds with one stone" so to speak - you can enjoy a good meal and not have to cook or clean up afterwards! An extra to that is helping the Beta members.

It's BASKETBALL TIME! First game for the Lady Knights and Knights is this Thursday night with the Eastside Tigers on their home court. Game time is 6:00 p.m. Take a look at our young athletes.

Happy birthday tomorrow (again Wednesday) to Rita Davis, Mark Duggin, Ricky Scott and Sheila Williams. It's the 12th year for Anna Faye Leach on the 6th. Twins J.C. and J.B. Happy days to all of you.
Ricky Scott sure has a way of keeping up with his anniversary. He and Teresa were wed 31 years ago on his birthday, the 5th. Happy anniversary.
