Auburntown Man Indicted In Fatal Accident
Monday, February 7, 2011 5:42 pm A fatal traffic crash last May has led to the arrest of an Auburntown man on a slew of charges, including vehicular homicide. Dobson allegedly failed to properly negotiate a curve, overcorrected and then hit Ward’s vehicle head-on. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. It simply means that the Grand Jury determined there was enough evidence to move the case forward to trial. Tennessee Highway Patrolman Darren Butler and Woodbury Police Officer John House are the investigating officers. Dobson will appear before Circuit Court Judge Don Ash on April 8 for plea day. He is currently free on $30,000. bond.
