Four students from Auburn Elementary School won awards at the Cumberland Plateau Science and Engineering Fair held this spring at Tennessee Tech University.

Caitlyn Crook and Hannah Junker worked together on a project that won first place in the intermediate biology category.
Adrianna Reed was a finalist for the Broadcom Masters-Middle School Competition.

Kiley Hughes won an honorable mention in intermediate biology.

This was the 61st year of the fair. Prizes were given to students across several age groups in physical and biological sciences, math and engineering.
