The Arts Center of Cannon County will unveil a new exhibit on March 7 that celebrates the native music and musicians of Middle Tennessee.

To highlight this new showing, the Arts Center is hosting a contest offering one local artist the opportunity to have his or her original piece incorporated into the exhibit.

Entrants can submit their work through Root Cellar, the Art Center's exclusive online community. Root Cellar is a place where Arts Center patrons and supporters connect with fellow art and theater lovers while gaining access to photo galleries, music library, discussion forums and blogs.
