I am writing to you today about a wonderful organization on MTSU Campus called the Future Society. The Future Society was founded in 2005 by two college students, Nathan McDougal and Terrance Bell.
An almost year long arson investigation has yielded the arrest of a local man. Jeffrey L. Thomas was arrested by Cannon County Sheriff's Detective Vance Walker and charged with arson following a mobile home fire which took place on July 8, 2009.

An unregistered sex offender has been taken off the streets by the Cannon County Sheriff's Department. Investigator Charlie Wilder arrested Aubrey Gannaway Sanders, age 30 of Melton Hollow Road, this week for failing to register as a sex offender.
