Alyce Louise Grimes, 69, of Woodbury passed away on February 16, 2014.  A native of Eaton Rapids, MI, she was the daughter of the late Max & Jeanette Schenepp Grimes. 

She is survived by her daughters, Marjette (Jason)  Kestler of Louisville, KY. and Tammerala (Richard) Barniak of Kalamazoo, MI.; brother, Kenneth (Yvonne) Grimes of Woodbury; many grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive. 

Ms. Grimes was a member of the Victory Assembly of God and she was a self employed pet watcher. 

Memorial services will be 2 pm Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014 at Victory Assembly of God, 208 4th Ave. Murfreesboro, TN.  37128 with Bro. Tim Davis officiating.
