Alleged Drunk Driver Ends Up In Ditch



Jimmy B. Bryan, 325 Kennedy Rd., Manchester, was charged with DUI 1st Offense on April 7 by Woodbury Police Chief Kevin Mooneyham. Bryan drove his vehicle into a ditch on South McCrary St. in front of Save-A-Lot. He had an odor commonly associated with alcohol about his person.

When asked if he had been drinking, Bryan stated he had two Budweiser beers.

Bryan was unable to satisfactorily perform field sobriety tests. Bond was set at $2,500. Initial court date is May 8.

• Thomas W. Reed, 7553 Hollow Springs Rd., Bradyville, was charged with Possession Of A Schedule II Narcotic (methamphetamine) on April 3 by Woodbury Patrolman Chris Brown. Bond was set at $10,000. Initial court date is May 8.

• Ronald Chase Lewis, 306 W. Colonial St., Woodbury, was charged with Domestic Assault on April 5 by Woodbury Patrolman Chris Brown. The purported victim had marks on her chest, left arm and face according to the arrest warrant. Bond was set at $800.

• Steven Cyle Medley, 117-A McBroom St., Woodbury, was charged with Possession Of A Schedule III Controlled Substance (Lortab) on April 7 by Woodbury Patrolman John Fesmire. Bond was set at $1,000. Initial court date is May 15.

• Justin Patrick Richardson, 325 Powell St., Woodbury, was charged with Underage Consumption on April 7 by Woodbury Patrolman John House. Richardson recorded a .106 in a PBT (portable breath test). A cold, open beer was found on the floorboard next to him. Bond was set at $800. Initial court date is May 15.
