All Criminal Court Cases Postponed

The four defendants on the docket for Cannon County General Sessions Criminal Court Tuesday had their cases postponed.

• Kimberly Ann Besmer, charged with Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication, was reset for Dec. 13.

• Joseph Michael Faulk, charged with Aggravated Burglary, Theft over $500 and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, was reset for Dec. 13.

• Adam Levoy McClure, charged with Aggravated Burglary, Theft over $500 and Tampering with Evidence, was reset for Dec. 13.

• Dustin Ray Rogers, charged with Theft over $500, was reset for Dec. 13.

In other court action Tuesday:

Coty B. Ferrell, arrested on a Capias for Failure to Appear on Nov. 18, was appointed the public defender. His next court date is Nov. 29. His bond is $12,000.

Joseph Simmons, arrested on Nov. 21 for Violation of Probation, was appointed the public defender. His next court date is Dec. 20. HIs bond is $2,500.

Tammy D. Miller, arrested on Nov. 21 for Violation of Probation, was appointed the public defender. Her bond is $2,500 and her next court appearance was set for Nov. 29.
