Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 487 on second and final reading

Public Hearing regarding proposed Ordinance No. 489, an ordinance to amend the zoning map of the town of Woodbury, Tennessee to rezone Parcel 007.00 shown on tax map 039I, Group B, to the (PRD) Planned Residential Development District, as recommended by the Woodbury Planning Commission on June 20, 2017. (Property owned by Ronnie Nichols).

Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 489 on second and final reading.

Public Hearing regarding proposed Ordinance No. 490, an ordinance to amend the original budget ordinance for the Town of Woodbury, Tennessee for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2016, and ending June 30, 2017.

Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 490 on second and final reading.

Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 488 on first reading, an ordinance to De-Annex the Tammy Nichols property (Tax Map 046, Portion of Parcel 108.00) from the corporate boundaries of the Town of Woodbury, Tennessee, into the unincorporated boundary of Cannon County, Tennessee.

Consider approval of a parade permit for the Veterans Day parade, Friday, November 10, 2017.
